I had Smart Lipo done on my chin, upper and lower abdomen and inner thighs. These were areas that were just not going away with diet and exercise.
I looked at the areas that I had done when I got home that afternoon and I could tell that they looked much better, that quickly, that is until the swelling set in! I am 6 days out and still pretty swollen. My draining only lasted for about 12 hours after I came home. I still have some pain in a few spots, but it’s really not that bad.
Of the areas that I had done, the chin was the most painful for me. I highly recommend Arnica cream or Arnicare gel. I used it 3 times a day and had only very faint bruising. I am very happy with my results thus far and cannot wait to see what the end results will be.

I recently had the Active FX treatment done & i notice there are fine red lines that look like they could possibly be scars but some of the lines are peeling on one side. but were the doctor went deep is where i am concerned about the lines being scars.

Very unlikely that they are scars. Redness from an aggressive treatment can easily last 6-8 weeks and is completely normal. Follow up with your doctor as he prescribes, if anything is not improving or there are signs of infection get a second opinion.

Cheers,
D. Verebelyi, MD

About the first half of our patients have finished their third treatment. We have seen very good results improving the color of these lesions. Texture and depth have also improved but we are adjusting our settings to see if we can get even better results.

I can't wait to see if the tests are effective. Will the results be posted here?
Jody

Prelimary results will be posted sometime in October. Final Results will be posted after the study finishes in December.

It depends on where the migraines start. For migraines that start in the forehead and area between the eyes it will treat both at the same time. If migraines start in the back of the head and the temples then there will be no improvement in wrinkles. David Verebelyi, MD
